By accessing and using the CLUV Token website, purchasing, holding, or trading CLUV tokens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Token Information

CLUV is a utility token designed to provide access to features within the CryptoLoveYou ecosystem. CLUV tokens are NOT:

• An investment contract or security
• A guarantee of profit or returns
• Backed by any physical asset or company equity
• Insured by any government or financial institution

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency is prohibited
• Comply with all local laws regarding cryptocurrency ownership and trading

4. Prohibited Jurisdictions

CLUV tokens are not available to residents or citizens of the following jurisdictions: United States of America, China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, or any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law.

5. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market Risk: Token prices are highly volatile and may result in total loss
• Smart Contract Risk: Despite audits, vulnerabilities may exist
• Regulatory Risk: Laws governing cryptocurrency may change
• Technology Risk: Blockchain technology carries inherent risks
• Liquidity Risk: You may not be able to sell tokens at desired prices

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

7. Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We cannot recover lost or stolen tokens. Never share your private keys or seed phrases with anyone.

8. Transaction Fees

All CLUV transactions include a 4% fee distributed as follows: 1% burn, 1% reflection to holders, 1% added to liquidity, and 1% to treasury. Network gas fees apply separately.

9. No Refunds

All cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. We do not offer refunds for purchased tokens under any circumstances.

10. Staking Terms

Staking rewards are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on network conditions, total staked amount, and treasury reserves. Lock periods are enforced by smart contracts and cannot be overridden.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding materials are property of CryptoLoveYou and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoLoveYou and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of CLUV tokens.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
